Botox Treatments in Northumberland
Botox is one of the most requested treatments across Oracle Clinics, and we are bringing it to our Morpeth clinic for patients throughout Northumberland. This well-established botulinum toxin treatment works by softening the muscle activity that drives dynamic lines, easing the wrinkles caused by repeated facial expressions. Commonly treated areas include forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, crow’s feet and the fine lines around the mouth.
Every treatment is nurse-led and carried out by our experienced aesthetic team using premium products and refined technique, with care shaped around your features and the result you are after. The aim is always a natural, rested look that enhances how you already look, rather than anything frozen or overdone.

Clinical Lead and Director, Aesthetics
Every Botox treatment at our Morpeth clinic is nurse-led and overseen by Ness Abbey, who leads our Northumberland team. Ness focuses on natural, balanced results, taking time to match dosing and placement to your face rather than a fixed formula.
Why choose Botox in Northumberland?
Anti-wrinkle injections offer a range of benefits for patients in Morpeth and right across Northumberland:
Refreshed appearance: Botox softens facial wrinkles and dynamic lines, giving the skin a smoother, more rested look.
A preventative approach: Regular, well-judged treatment can slow the formation of deeper static lines over time.
Versatile: Effective across several areas, from forehead and frown lines to crow’s feet and selected neck and marionette concerns.
Minimal downtime: With little recovery involved, most people return to their normal activities straight away.
Tailored to you: Ideal for forehead lines, lines around the mouth and frown lines, with dosing and placement matched to your anatomy rather than a fixed formula.
Treatment areas
Areas we treat with Botox
Botulinum toxin can soften a wide range of dynamic lines, and is also used for jawline slimming and teeth grinding. Common areas we treat for patients across Northumberland include:
Forehead lines
Softens the horizontal lines that appear across the forehead with expression.
Frown lines
Relaxes the vertical lines (the 11s) that form between the brows.
Crow’s feet
Eases the fine lines that fan out from the corners of the eyes.
Bunny lines
Smooths the small lines that crease across the top of the nose.
Perioral lines
Softens the fine lines around the mouth, sometimes called lipstick lines.
Marionette lines
Helps soften the lines that run down from the corners of the mouth.
Neck bands
Relaxes the vertical bands of the neck to smooth the lower face and jawline (the Nefertiti lift).
Brow lift
A subtle, non-surgical lift to the brow that helps open up and refresh the eye area.
Advanced Botox
Masseter Botox and jawline slimming
The masseter is the large muscle at the back of the jaw that powers chewing. Relaxing it with botulinum toxin can soften a square or heavy jawline over time, creating a slimmer, more balanced lower face.
It is also widely used to ease teeth grinding (bruxism) and the jaw tension and headaches that can come with it. Results build gradually over several weeks, and Nurse Ness Abbey arranges a review to check your response.

Advanced Botox
Botox for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)
Botulinum toxin is a well established treatment for hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, most commonly of the underarms. It works by calming the overactive nerve signals that switch on the sweat glands, noticeably reducing sweat for several months at a time.
It can be genuinely life changing for people who find that everyday antiperspirants are not enough, restoring confidence at work, at the gym and in social settings. The appointment takes around 30 minutes, and Nurse Ness Abbey will assess your suitability and answer any questions at your consultation.

What to expect from your appointment
Consultation
We begin with a full facial assessment and discuss your goals, medical history and what Botox can realistically achieve for you.
Treatment
A small amount of botulinum toxin is placed into the targeted muscles with a very fine needle. Most appointments take under 30 minutes.
Aftercare
You can return to most normal activities straight away. We give clear aftercare advice to support a smooth recovery.
Results and review
Botox begins working within a few days, with the full effect at around two weeks. We review your results to fine-tune future treatments.
PREPARATION AND AFTERCARE
Preparation for a Botox treatment at Oracle Clinics begins with an initial consultation. During this, your practitioner carries out a thorough facial assessment to understand your facial anatomy, muscle activity and how you are likely to respond to injectable treatment.
Key steps in preparation include:
- Avoiding strenuous exercise and alcohol for around 24 hours before treatment.
- Discussing any medical conditions, medications and previous aesthetic treatments.
- Following the pre-treatment guidance we provide, which supports the best result and reduces the risk of minor bruising.
Aftercare is just as important for getting the most from your treatment. At Oracle Clinics we give you clear advice to support a smooth recovery and excellent outcomes.
Immediate care: Avoid touching or rubbing the injection sites for at least 24 hours to reduce the risk of irritation.
Normal activities: Resume most everyday activities right away, but avoid strenuous exercise and anything that causes heavy sweating for the first few days.
Skincare: Keep the treated areas clean and follow any skincare instructions from your aesthetic nurse.
Follow-up: Book maintenance treatments as advised to keep your results consistent and address any lines as they re-emerge.
Recovery of Botox treatment
Botox usually takes a few days to begin working, with the full effect visible within about two weeks. Individual responses vary, but most patients enjoy a smoother, more refreshed appearance for several months after their treatment.
Alongside Botox, our Morpeth clinic offers a wide range of non-surgical treatments for patients across Northumberland, including dermal fillers, skin boosters and polynucleotides, so your plan can be built around your skin, your features and your goals.

Botox or dermal fillers?
Botox
Relaxes the muscles that create movement lines, such as forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet. It is the treatment of choice for dynamic wrinkles that appear when you move your face.
Dermal fillers
Add volume to restore structure and soften static lines and hollows, such as the cheeks, lips and the lines that stay visible when your face is at rest.
At your consultation we advise which approach, or which mix of the two, best suits your goals.
Transparent pricing

A face-to-face consultation with one of our prescribers (Ness or Lou) is required before any anti-wrinkle treatment, in line with UK prescribing regulations. The £50 consultation is a standalone medical appointment and is not deducted from treatment costs. There are no hidden costs.
