Ness qualified as a nurse in 2010 (DipHE Adult Nursing, Oxford Brookes University) and went on to complete a Master of Nursing in Critical Care at Griffith University, Australia, and her V300 independent prescribing qualification at the University of Cumbria. Her NHS background includes specialist intensive care at the Great North Trauma Centre and service as a deployed British Army reservist ICU nurse on the United Nations mission in South Sudan.

She specialises in full face rejuvenation, menopause care and HRT prescribing, and intimate health treatments, and is a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN). Oracle is also home to the only Empower RF device in Cumbria, the North East and Scotland.
